Life can be hard and finding the right person to walk through those difficulties is vitally important. I bring extensive training, life experience, compassion and empathy for the circumstances surrounding our everyday lives. Issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, attention problems or more serious psychological dissociations when life gets overwhelming. I embrace a holistic approach to mental health incorporating not only therapeutic interventions but seeks to take advantage of ancillary treatments working with psychiatrist and other practitioners utilizing diet, exercise, supplementation, medication, brainwave optimization, hyperbaric oxygen and other solutions where appropriate.

I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California and an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the EMDR International Association, the American Association of Christian Counselors, the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, the Focus on the Family Counselor Network and the New Life Counselor Network.

 

I attended Vanguard University in Southern California receiving a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from National University. I worked and trained at the Amen Clinics receiving my certification as a Brain Health Coach. I have been trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA, and have been certified as a Sex Addiction Therapist and Partner Trauma Therapist by IITAP, with additional training through APSATS (Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists).
