Individual Therapy Session

Working to walk clients through the pain of life events I have been trained in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work closely with several psychiatrists and specialists in neurofeedback, family systems and couples therapy, and I am a Certified Brain Health Coach through the Amen Clinics.

Men's Recovery Process Group

Sometimes things happen to us that cause us to pull back from relationships.  We begin to see ourselves differently, and often lose our way.  This recovery group provides a sense of connection with others that have experienced pain too.  You matter, your story matters, and you can be heard.

Couples/Family Therapy

I work with couples and families to build/repair relationships, communication and interaction.  Utilizing Attachment Theory, Family Systems, CBT and psychotherapy methodology I endeavor to bring hope, healing and direction into family dynamics.

  • Insurance: Superbill provided monthly or at time of service
